FinChoice customers who have an active Loan or MobiMoney facility with an existing balance can purchase airtime and data.
- Log in to www.finchoice.mobi and click on the airtime and data option
- Type in the cellphone number for which you would like to purchase airtime or data
- Select your network
- Select the amount you would like to purchase
- Accept or decline the purchase
- You will then see a “Success” screen confirming your purchase
- You will also be asked if you would like to add the number to your “Favourites”

- How much anytime or data can I buy monthly? R200; that is the airtime and data purchase limit per month
- Which cellphone numbers can I buy airtime or data for? Any prepaid number or top-up contract (for yourself or any other number)
- How do I receive my airtime or data? Your airtime or data will be directly topped-up/sent to your phone, you don’t need to type in a voucher number
- When will my data expire? We only sell monthly data bundles for now. Expiry of these bundles will be a month from the date of purchase or as defined by your network
- How much does it cost to buy airtime or data? R1.80 per transaction is billed in addition to the value of your airtime or data purchase
- I have reached my limit, when can I buy airtime or data with my FinChoice account again? You can buy airtime or data after your next payday or after your instalment has been successfully debited from your account
- I have no products available, what does this mean? It means there are no airtime or data products available to purchase for your current limit. Your limit is lower than the cost of a product we sell
