1. Dial the USSD Code

· Dial *120*001# on your phone.

· Ensure that you have enough airtime as USSD services may incur minimal charges.

2. Navigate to DebiCheck Options

· From the main menu, select the DebiCheck option by entering the number 5.

3. Enter your South African ID Number:

· You will be asked to enter the first six digits of your South African ID number to proceed.

4. Select the Debit Order to Action:

· View the full details of the debit order including payment amount and frequency.

· To navigate through multiple pages:

o Press *2 and send to move to the next page.

o Press *1 and send to go back to the previous page.

5. Review the Debit Order Details:

· Review the debit order details carefully. This includes the payment amount, frequency     and other relevant information.

6. Confirm/Authorise the Debit Order:

· If you are satisfied with the debit order details, confirm or authorise the debit order by selecting 1.

7. Confirmation Message

· Once the debit order is successfully processed, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.
