1.    Dial the USSD Code

•    Dial *120*2345# on your phone.

•    Ensure that you have enough airtime as USSD services may incur minimal charges.

2.    Log in with you CSP

•    Once you dial the USSD number, select option 1 to log in.

•    Enter your Customer-Selected-Pin (CSP) when sked. Do Not share PIN.

3.    Select the DebiCheck Option

•    After logging in, choose the option for DebiCheck services by selecting the number 5. This will direct you to the DebiCheck menu.

4.    Select the FinChoice Debit Order Option

•    From the DebiCheck menu, select the option for the FinChoice debit order.

5.    Approve the Debit Order

•    If the debit order details are correct, select “Accept” to approve the debit order. 

6.    Reference Number

•    Once you have accepted the debit order, a reference number will be generated. Keep this number for your records.
