1. Log into the Banking App
• Open your banking app and log in using your secure credentials (username, password or biometric authentication, if applicable). Do Not Share.
• Ensure that you have internet access to successfully log in.
2. Navigate to the “Manage” Section
• Once logged in, locate and click on the “Manage” option.
3. Access Debit Orders
• In the “manage” section, click on “Debit Orders” to open the debit order management options.
4. Select DebiCheck
• Under the Debit Orders section, click on “DebiCheck” to view the debit orders related to DebiCheck.
• This will open a list of active or pending DebiCheck mandates awaiting approval.
5. View Pending Mandates
• Select “View Pending Mandates” to see a list of any debit orders that require your approval or action.
6. Accept the Debit Order
• Review the debit order details carefully. If everything is in order, proceed to accept the debit order. You may be required to enter additional authentication information to confirm your acceptance.
