1.    Open the FNB Banking App:

•    Download the app from Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS) if not already installed.

2.    Log In:

•    Enter your online banking username and password to access your account.

3.    Check for Notifications:

•    Once you’re logged in, any pending notifications will appear automatically.

4.    Review Notifications:

•    Select “Yes, continue” to review notifications and choose ‘DebiCheck Debit Order Requests’.

5.    Review and Accept:

•    Select the debit order you want to accept.

•    Tap “Accept Debit Order Request” after reviewing the details.

6.    Confirmation Screen:

•    A confirmation screen will display the mandate reference number as proof of a successful authorisation.
